Write to a person
SameLight is built and maintained by one person. Fuuqiu reads this mailbox — there is no ticket system, no chatbot, and no contact form quietly collecting your details.
Support and bugs
Something not working, a reading that looks wrong, a translation that reads badly, a gate that will not open in light you know is fine. All of it is useful, including the annoyed version.
Privacy and legal
Questions about what the app sends, corrections to the privacy policy or terms, or a data-protection request. Same address, same person.
Disagreements
If you think a claim on this site is overstated, or that a measurement is being presented as more certain than it is, say so. That is the part of the product worth defending.
What helps in a bug report
Four lines are usually enough:
- Your iPhone model and iOS version.
- The language the app is running in.
- What you did, step by step.
- What you expected, and what happened instead.
Please do not attach photos of yourself. They are not needed to fix anything, and the whole point of this app is that those photos stay on your phone. A screenshot of an error message is fine — a screenshot of your face is not wanted.
